Monday was a special day at
St. Clara's Manor as several of the volunteers gathered
in the chapel to be special guests at a volunteer luncheon.
The event was hosted by
activity director Penny Tipton, with assistants Rebecca Johnson and
Linda Bree and social services worker Marie Parr.
Guests were treated to a
luncheon that included tossed salad and lasagna, followed by dessert.
The event began with Rebecca
Johnson reading something special she had written in honor of the
volunteers. Before enjoying their meal, the group was led in
prayer by volunteer Lyle Read.
