Lincoln College Jazz Combo to give free concert Wednesday

'Something Borrowed, Something New' on the Johnston Center main stage

[April 12, 2014]  The Lincoln College Jazz Combo will perform a special concert of jazz standards and original music on Wednesday on the Meyer Theatre main stage in the Johnston Center for Performing Arts. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free.

The jazz combo is comprised of jazz studies majors Jeff Arbisi, Matthew Sheridan, Derrick Spiker and Tramaine Carter. The combo may be joined by some special guests for some of the numbers. Arbisi and Carter were both recognized as outstanding soloists when the Lincoln College Jazz Ensemble performed at Walt Disney World in March.
