2013 ACRE Production Required

2013 ACRE participants are required to file 2013 crop production by July 15th. Don't remember if you are in ACRE? Call the office and we will check for you. We also have the required FSA-658 forms prefilled for your convenience so please contact the office and supply us with your 2013 production. We accept e-mailed and faxed FSA-658's. Please take take note of our NEW FAX NUMBER.
*Reminder - All produciton needs to be in dry bushels.

Update Your Farm Records Prior to 2014 Farm Bill Sign Up

We do not have a timeframe yet, but be prepared now so you are ready when sign up does begin. Please report the following changes to our office immediately:

Address and telephone number
Name or business name (this includes if you’ve developed a revocable trust)
Farm structure that require a reconstitution (combining or dividing farms or tracts)
New leases
Operator and ownership
Bank account
Email address

The Logan County FSA Office has a new fax number. Any faxes sent to the old fax number will be rejected.

NAP Application Deadline

The signup deadline for the Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program (NAP) for 2014 spring and summer planted crops is March 15, 2014. NAP provides financial assistance (similar to Catastrophic Crop Insurance) to producers of crops that are not covered by Federal Crop Insurance (such as certain fruits and vegetables). The NAP service fee is $250 per crop with a maximum fee of $750 per administrative county. For a NAP Fact Sheet or to get more information about NAP, contact the FSA Office.
