This Saturday, kids will have another
opportunity to make a dash for candy at the Lincoln Park District.
Each year, the park district and Symphony of
Lincoln team up to bring area children an afternoon of dashing for
candy-filled eggs as well as other special gifts. This year,
the Lincoln Kiwanis, Thorntons Oil Co. and Lincoln Daily News are
sponsors for the event. It also gets some great help
from Logan-Mason Rehab students and staff.

Inside the Lincoln Park District center, Roy Logan and helpers were busy
Thursday afternoon getting
ready for their annual Easter egg hunt on
Saturday.

Getting ready for the hunt is a pretty big job,
as there were boxes full of candy that needed to be placed inside
hundreds of plastic eggs. |
