Estep has worked at the hospital since 2008. For the past three
years she has been a patient access associate. She registers
patients as they arrive for a variety of procedures. She also
preregisters patients over the phone for radiology, physical therapy
and respiratory therapy appointments. Co-worker Tess Thomas
nominated Estep for the award. Thomas said that Estep is always
cheerful, hardworking and most important, always pleasant while
serving patients, both in person and over the phone.
"I am proud to be a part of the hospital and everything we do for
our community," said Estep. "ALMH is a great place to work."
Estep is married to Budd Estep. She is the daughter of John
and Gail O'Donoghue and a 2009 graduate of Lincoln Community
High School.
