"This was a very good day for both teams," said LC head coach
Brian Herron. "I am very proud of how well they did (Friday). We
were down early in the meet and had to rally for the win on both
sides. We had several athletes step up and do whatever it took
to make sure we remained region champs.
"We now have to focus even more as we head to Purdue this
week and nationals in May. We will be using the Purdue meet to
do some fine-tuning for our national meet."
