[August 07, 2014]  Aug 6 (The Sports Xchange) - The Cleveland Cavaliers introduced two role players to next season's team on Wednesday to go alongside LeBron James as they try to bring the first title to the city in 50 years.

Mike Miller, who averaged 7.1 points per game last season, reportedly signed a two-year contract worth $5.5 million. The deal for James Jones, who won back-to-back titles with James in Miami, is believed to be for one year at the league minimum.

Blake Griffin resumed workouts in Los Angeles with teammate DeAndre Jordan and said he has no limitations from a back injury that led him to bow out of Team USA training camp last month.

"My whole thing is that I didn't want to go into (Clippers) camp and put myself in a worse position," Griffin told the Los Angeles Times. "It's not that my back is broken and I'm walking around with a broken back, or I'm in so much pain."
