Obituary
Marilyn Allen, 77, of Lincoln, passed away August
06, 2014 at St. Clara’s Manor.
Marilyn ’s wishes were to be cremated. There will be
no services at this time.
Marilyn was born September 3, 1937 in Springfield,
IL., the daughter of Paul Allen and Mary Ely. She
married William Dan Allen. He preceded her in death
on October 20, 1991.
Surviving are her children: Terry Miller, Bonnie
Campbell of Lincoln, IL., Vickie Isaacs of Lincoln,
IL., Steve Allen of Milmine, IL., and Jeff Allen of
Danville, IL.; her brother Gary Lane of Taylorville,
IL.; her sister Eleanor Price of Fort Worth, TX.;
and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her
husband, three sons: Marty Miller, William Dan Allen
Jr., and Shon Allen; her brother Barney Lane, her
sister Bonnie Richardson, and her sister Nita
Brittenham.
Memorial donations may be made to the family.
Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home is handling
arrangements.
