The seedings and pairings
were announced Monday morning for the 2014 Schnucks
Holiday Classic in Collinsville and the Lincoln Railers
were tabbed as the number two seed. The defending
tournament champions will begin that defense Saturday,
December 27 at 1:00pm against the Urbana Tigers.
A victory will put them into a Monday, December 29
matchup at 2:30pm against the winner of Quincy and
Belleville East. If the Railers fall to Urbana, they
would play the loser of the Quincy-East matchup at
10:30am that same Monday morning.
The tournament only seeds the top four which look this
way: 1 - Belleville Althoff, 2 - Lincoln, 3 - McCluer
North, and 4 - Decatur MacArthur. For more information
