			 Pittsburgh Penguins forwards Brandon Sutter and Steve Downie and 
			goaltender Thomas Greiss were sent back home from Florida to be 
			tested for mumps. 
 General manager Jim Rutherford said Monday the three returned to 
			Pittsburgh. They were with the Penguins on the trip and will be 
			placed in isolation pending test results.
 
 The Penguins play at the Florida Panthers on Monday night.
 
 Penguins center Sidney Crosby, winger Beau Bennett and defenseman 
			Olli Maatta have already dealt with the illness, which has affected 
			more than a dozen players across the league over the past month.
 
 The Penguins recalled goaltender Jeff Zatkoff from 
			Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League to serve as the 
			backup goalie to Marc-Andre Fleury.
 
			
			 "I think I'm becoming a medical expert," coach Mike Johnston said. 
			"I don't really want to be."
 ---The Washington Capitals recalled left winger Aaron Volpatti and 
			center Andre Burakovsky from the Hershey Bears of the American 
			Hockey League.
 
 Volpatti, who had been assigned to Hershey on a long-term 
			injury/illness exception conditioning loan, will return to the 
			Capitals' injured nonroster list and long-term injury list.
 
 Volpatti, 29, has missed 27 games with Washington this season with 
			an upper-body injury. The 6-foot-1, 203-pound Volpatti appeared in 
			three games with the Bears this season. He tallied 13 points (three 
			goals, 10 assists) and 97 penalty minutes in 64 career AHL games 
			with Manitoba and Hershey.

			Burakovsky, 19, has appeared in 26 games with the Capitals this 
			season.
 ---The Arizona Coyotes recalled defenseman Brandon Gormley from the 
			Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League.
 
 The 22-year-old native of Murray River, Prince Edward Island has 
			registered one goal and four penalty minutes in six games with the 
			Coyotes this season. The 6-foot-2, 196-pound Gormley has recorded 
			one goal and two assists in nine games with the Pirates.
 
 Gormley was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the first round 
			(13th overall) in the 2010 draft.
