			Jannette Margaret Wibben Coers, 93, of Lincoln, formerly of New 
			Holland, died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at 9:56 p.m. at St. Clara's 
			Manor. (Below is a copy of 
							the obituary from the funeral home.) ___ 
							LINCOLN-Jannette Margaret (Wibben) Coers, 93, of 
							Lincoln, formerly of New Holland, IL died at 9:56 
							p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2014 at St. Clara's 
							Manor, Lincoln, Illinois. 
							Jannette Margaret Wibben was born December 21, 1920 
							in Hartsburg, Illinois the daughter of John and 
							Maggie (Ites) Wibben. She was baptized and confirmed 
							at St. John's Lutheran Church, Hartsburg, IL. 
							Jannette and Harry R. Coers were married February 9, 
							1941. They farmed a Scully lease in rural New 
							Holland. Harry preceded her in death October 19, 
							1993. Their oldest son, Garry R. Coers, preceded her 
							in death on August 18, 2003.  | 
                    
					 
							Jannette is survived by one son: David L. (Roseann) 
							Coers of New Holland, IL; daughter-in-law: Joann 
							Coers of New Holland; five grandchildren: Kevin 
							(Mila) Coers, Chestnut; Melissa (Todd) Davis, New 
							Holland; John (Annie) Coers, New Holland; James 
							“Jim” (Erin) Coers, Mason City; and Jared (Melissa) 
							Coers, Ledyard, CT; nineteen great grandchildren. 
							She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 
							son, eleven brothers and sisters and one grandchild. 
							She was the last of her immediate family.  
							Jannette was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, New 
							Holland, and the New Holland American Legion 
							Auxiliary. She was a former member of the Concordia 
							Society; New Holland Women's Club, Richman Grove 
							Community Club and had served as a foster 
							grandparent.  
							Services for Jannette will be Saturday, February 8, 
							2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, New 
							Holland, IL with Rev. Charles Olander officiating. 
							Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the 
							church prior to the service. Burial will be in 
							Richmond Grove Cemetery, New Holland, IL. Memorials 
							may be made to Memorial Home Services Hospice.
