Bill
Thomas, of Atlanta, has been named the interim executive director of the Lincoln
& Logan County Development Partnership, effective Feb. 7. Thomas is
well known in Logan County as a local businessman and an advocate of economic
development and promotion of tourism in the Atlanta community.
