[February 12, 2014]  HARTSBURG — The Hartsburg-Emden FFA students are participating in public speaking competitions this year

Meg Meeker was recently named the Section 14 winner in prepared public speaking. Freshman Hope Moos also did well in a recent FFA Creed speaking competition, placing second.

Both students are now preparing to move on and compete at the district level.
