Lincoln Junior High School eighth-grade student Ariana Spencer reads to third-grader James Osborne from a book that she helped to write. The eighth-grade class did research and wrote a book entitled "The Heroes, The stories of Civil Rights Leaders of the 20th Century." In honor of Black History Month, the authoring students shared their writing with the Central School third-graders on Wednesday, then presented them with a copy of the book for their classroom.
