[February 21, 2014]  CHATHAM — The Lincoln Junior High School wrestling Trojans competed in the 18-team Chatham Glenwood invitational on Saturday. The only place winner for the Trojans was Tyler Werth, at 70 pounds, who was 2-2 and finished fourth.
LJHS dropped two matches Tuesday, falling to Petersburg Porta 81-16 and Morton 66-12. Going 2-0 on the night for the Trojans were Werth, at 70 pounds, and Braiden Tisdale at 90 pounds. Jacob Patterson, at 135 pounds, finished 1-1.

The Trojans were scheduled to face Monticello and Normal Chiddix on Thursday for eighth-grade night.
