Sunday morning the Lincoln High School cafeteria was the place to be for a real stick-to-your-bones breakfast.

The local FFA chapter was hosting a pancake and sausage breakfast with well-known pancake maker Claude VanFossan flipping the flapjacks and a giant grill outside manned by Scott Tibbs and other FFA parents and members grilling up the sausages.

The day included a silent auction and a live auction, with the caller being LCHS student and FFA member Ty Tucker.

The FFA Alumni chapter was also on hand, helping with the breakfast and recruiting new members.

The meal ticket was a freewill donation, making it affordable for anyone who wanted to eat.
