PULASKI — Francis Jo Skaggs, 63, of Mt. Pulaski passed away at 7:30
P.M. Tuesday February 25, 2014 at Memorial Medical Center in
Springfield.

Francis Jo Skaggs, 63, of Mt. Pulaski
passed away at 7:30 P.M. Tuesday February 25, 2014 at
Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
Jo was born November 14, 1950, daughter
of James “Slim” and Lucille Eldridge Malone. Jo was a nurse
at Vonderlieth Living Center in Mt Pulaski and was a member
of Mt Pulaski United Methodist Church. |
Jo is survived by two
daughters: Crystal (Jason) Thomas and Dawn (Thomas
Musick II) Skaggs both of Mt Pulaski, IL; two
brothers: Jack Malone of Pascagoula, MS and Frank (Marvella)
Dabbs of Mattoon, IL; two sisters: Mary Jane (Roger)
Cook of Bloomington, IL and Amanda Traywick of
Clermont, FL; three grandchildren: Hannah Skaggs,
Brady Thomas, and Madison Thomas all of Mt Pulaski.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers:
John Dabbs, Tom Dabbs, and Jim Malone.
Services for Jo will be 10:00 a.m.
Monday March 3, 2014 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader in Mt
Pulaski with Mark Weber officiating. Visitation will be from
2-5 p.m. Sunday March 2, 2014 also at the funeral Home.
A burial at Lake Bank Cemetery will follow the service Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital. |
