			NOTICE TO THE ELDERLY AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIESFOR THE MARCH 18, 2014
 GENERAL PRIMARY ELECTION
 Citizens who cannot 
			leave their home or nursing home because of permanent disability and 
			are not registered to vote may arrange for voter registration by 
			contacting the Office of the Logan County Clerk. Upon request, a 
			list of Deputy Registrars will be given to any person unable to come 
			in to the Office of the County Clerk for registration. Mail-in 
			registration forms are also available at nursing home facilities. Any qualified 
			registrant may register to vote at the Office of the Logan County 
			Clerk located in Room 20 of the Logan County Courthouse, Lincoln, 
			Illinois Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Two forms 
			of identification are required to register; one must display your 
			current address. The last day to register to vote for the General 
			Primary Election is February 18, 2014 (with the exception of grace 
			period registration and transfer of registration beginning February 
			19 and ending March 15, 2014 in the Office of the Logan County 
			Clerk).

			All polling places in Logan County are accessible to persons with 
			disabilities. Voting aids or assistance in marking the ballot is 
			available if needed. If you are physically unable to vote at your 
			polling place on Election Day you may vote Absentee. An excuse is no 
			longer needed to vote Absentee. Absentee voting in person and by 
			mail will be available in the Office of the Logan County Clerk on 
			February 6th. The last day an Absentee Ballot may be mailed from the 
			Office of the County Clerk is March 13, 2014. The last day to vote 
			in person Absentee in the Office of the Logan County Clerk is 
			Monday, March 17, 2014. Contact the Office of the County Clerk to 
			receive further Absentee information. For information 
			concerning absentee voting, voter registration, or voting for the 
			elderly or disabled, please contact the Office of the Logan County
