Friday and Friday night A vigorous storm system will move
through the region Friday, bringing much warmer conditions and
locally heavy rain. Rainfall totals of one-half to 1 inch will be
common by the time the precipitation ends late Friday night. Due to
the expected rainfall and rapid snow melt, many area creeks and
streams will rise considerably over the weekend. Some points along
the Little Wabash and Embarras rivers may approach or exceed flood
stage early next week.
Saturday through Thursday
No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
