"Hmmm, maybe there is a theme of 16 at this tournament," Jeff Benjamin wrote in his game report. On Monday night, Lincoln coach Neil Alexander became the 16th coach in Illinois to win 700 games, and on Wednesday night Quincy Notre Dame scored only 16 points as the Railers picked up their 16th win of the season. Of course, there is the obvious fact that Lincoln is named for and christened by ... the 16th president, Abraham Lincoln.

The Railers took out Quincy Notre Dame at the County Market Classic in Jacksonville with a score of 69-16.
