A lot of people are already talking about this, so we might just as well "spill the beans." This building next door to Beans & Such is being remodeled and will open soon as a coffee shop in Lincoln. The business, which is owned by David Lanterman, will serve a variety of coffees as well as sweet treats such as rolls and muffins. Lanterman said he doesn't have the date nailed down for the grand opening, but it will be soon. Appropriately, the new business will be named By the Bean.
