Obituary
Jacob Travis Bowersock, 16, of Mason City, IL passed
away at 10:05 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2014 in San
Jose. He was born on February 24, 1998 in
Springfield, IL.
Jacob leaves behind his mother; Misty Bell, his
father; Michael (Jennifer) Bowersock and step
father; Jeffrey Bell. He is also survived by his
brothers and sisters; Hannah Bowersock, Tanner
Bowersock, Taylor, Jackson, Madelyn Bell, Ashlee
Orme and Caine McLaughlin. Jacob is also survived by
his grandparents; Danny and Carol Tackett, John and
Deborah Schmalshof and Jean Bowersock. He was
preceded in death by his grandpa; Robert Bowersock.
Jacob had a great sense of humor. He loved music and
loved playing his guitar.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Visitation for
Jacob will be held on July 5, 2014 at Hurley Funeral
Home in Mason City from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon.
