With a snip of the ribbon, so begins the next 30 years. Saturday, past board members, executive directors, present board members and staff gathered along with members of the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, and Mayor Keith Snyder in front of the new Oasis Senior Center for a ribbon cut.
