Mr. Rohlfs called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Ruben, to approve
the minutes from the April 7, 2014 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business
Lighting project (AAA-4217) Update:
Spare parts inventory and payment- Mr. Rohlfs reported parts should
be under $900.00 but we are still waiting on an invoice.
A motion was made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth to spend
up to $1,000 on spare parts.
REIL light and “wrap-up” work for completion:
Mr. Rohlfs reported it still stands as it did last month.
Field tile work:
Mr. Rohlfs reported it was completed yesterday. Mr. Ingram will be
sending an invoice for the work completed.
New Business
New mower:
specifications/purchasing: Mr. Rohlfs reported airport needs a new
mower. The committee agreed to take it to full board on May 15,
2014. The committee is looking to purchase a new John Deere 1445 and
rotary broom attachment for $23,900 from Cross Brothers in New
Holland, IL.
A motion was made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to purchase
the new mower and the broom for $23,900. Motion passed.

Airport Report:
Mr. Rohlfs reported 853 gallons of fuel were sold in April. Mr.
Rohlfs reported on April 9th he met with Herman Smith from TSA
for an inspection, he told the committee it went very well.
Lighting strike: Receiver for NDB signal at Safety Complex is
completed. Ray Conley is sending the invoice to the office.
Mr. Rohlfs reported the door lock needs to be replaced at the
airport in the near future. Nothing further to report.
HIF Report:
Nothing to report.
Farm Report:
Nothing further to report. Budget Review: No concerns.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
approve the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
