Obituary Helen Irene
Risley, 91, of Lincoln, formerly of Windsor passed
away at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 10, 2014 at The
Christian Village, Lincoln.
Funeral services will be held
at 11:00 a.m. Friday (July 18, 2014) at the
Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor with Pastor Tim
Searby officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30
a.m. until service time. Burial will be in the
Windsor Cemetery with Rev. Richard Eident
officiating. In Helen’s honor memorials may be made
to The Christian Village in Lincoln. A luncheon
following the services will be held at the Windsor
Christian Church. A memorial service will be held at
The Christian Village in Lincoln at a later date.
Helen was born April 4, 1923
in Shelby County the daughter of Clyde Calvin and
Bertha Melvina (Storm) Clawson. She married Teddy
Everett Risley, May 9, 1941 in Findlay and he
preceded her in death April 28, 2002.
She was a homemaker and a
member of the Windsor Christian Church.
Surviving are daughters, Jo
Ann Krietemeier (Gordon) of Baltimore, MD and Kathy
Risley of Mattoon; son, Robert Michael Risley
(Charles) of Port Ludlow, WA; grandchildren, Althea
De Ann Augoustatos (Dennis), Todd-Robert Zastrow
(Kyla), Ted-Winston Zastrow; great-grandchildren,
Colin Wade Zastrow and Jaxson Wyatt Zastrow; sister,
Ruby Yobski of Arizona.
She was preceded in death by
her parents, grandson, Trent Krietemeier, brother,
Carroll Clawson, and sister, Lela Simpson
