Illinois grain prices in country elevators

[July 29, 2014]  SPRINGFIELD — This is Monday's report of the grain prices and trends prepared by the USDA and the Illinois Department of Agriculture.

In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were 5 to 6 cents higher.

Soybean bids were 23 to 24 cents higher.

In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were up 5 cents.

Soybean bids were 18 to 24 cents higher.

In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were mostly 5 cent higher.

Soybean bids were up 24 to 25 cents.

Wheat bids were mostly 3 cents lower.
