Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital to host blood drive June 23

[June 18, 2014]  To help ensure an adequate blood supply for our region, Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital located at 200 Stahlhut Drive in Lincoln is hosting a blood drive on Monday, June 23, 2014. The hours of the blood drive are 11:00am to 4:00pm. For your convenience, please call the blood center to sign up toll free at 1-866-GIVE-BLD or schedule an appointment online using sponsor code 60177 at www.bloodcenterimpact.org.  Walk-ins are also welcome and appreciated. 

Central Illinois Community Blood Center, a not-for-profit organization, is the provider of life-saving blood for 14 hospitals throughout central Illinois, including Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital and Springfield’s Memorial Medical Center and St. John’s Hospital.  A division of Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center (MVRBC), Central Illinois Community Blood Center and MVRBC collect over 180,000 units of blood annually and serve a total of 87 hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin.
