• Mattingly, Katy L., 18, of Lincoln, arrested June 19 in the 500 block of 14^th Street on charge of battery. 

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

• Celletti, John A., 43, of Rock Falls, arrested June 18 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant on charge of custodial sexual misconduct. 

• O’Donoghue, Kelsey R., 27, of Lincoln, arrested June 18 on 700^th Avenue at 1550^th Street on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of cannabis more than 30 grams, and Sangamon County warrant. 

• Wheeler, Chasen J., 22, of Lincoln, arrested June 18 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of domestic battery.
