			Elizabeth A. "Betty" McKinlay, 83, of Lincoln passed away 
			on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at The Christian Village Nursing Home in 
			Lincoln.   |

							Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Peasley 
							Funeral Home.   
							Rosary Service: Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at the 
							funeral home 
							Service:
							Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church

							Elizabeth A. "Betty" McKinlay, 83, of Lincoln passed 
							away on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at The Christian 
							Village Nursing Home in Lincoln.  
							 
							A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, 
							June 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic 
							Church with Rev. Jeffrey G. Laible officiating. 
							 
							Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22, from 
							5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Peasley Funeral 
							Home. 
							A Rosary Service will be held at 4:30 p.m. prior to 
							the visitation. 
							 
							Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Lincoln. 
							 
							Elizabeth Ann McKinlay was born on April 25, 1931 in 
							Creston, Iowa the daughter of Floyd and Gertrude 
							Schmitt Derrickson. She was united in marriage for 
							sixty-two year to Don E. McKinlay on January 12, 
							1952 in Lincoln. He survives.

							Also surviving are her children: Kathleen Jacques, 
							Jane (Dennis) Carroll, Nancy (Dennis) Netoff, Kent 
							(Rhonda) McKinlay, Mary (Tim) Hallissey, Mark 
							(Angie) McKinlay, Karen McKinlay. Thirteen 
							grandchildren and Six great grandchildren. Two 
							sister: Marilyn Taylor and Diana Powell. 
							She was preceded in death by two brothers: William 
							"Bill" Derrickson, Jesse Derrickson. 
							 
							Betty graduated from Lincoln Community High School. 
							She retired from State Bank of Lincoln. She had 
							previously worked for Representative Jack Lauer in 
							his Lincoln office.  
							 
							She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.  
							 
							Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
