[February 27, 2014]  LINCOLN — Patricia Ann Deason, 58, of Lincoln, died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014.

Patricia Ann Deason, 58 of Lincoln, passed away February 22, 2014 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Memorial Services will be Monday, March 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at LifePointe Church of God. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Waynesville, IL.

Patricia was born September 16, 1955 in Clinton, IL. the daughter of Raymond and Ruth (Meadows) Taylor.

Funeral Directors

Patricia was a CNA and a Home Health Aid that was most recently employed by the Department of Rehabilitation Services or DORS. She was a member of LifePointe Church of God.

Surviving are her fiancé Darrell “Sonny” Farnam of Lincoln, IL. and her children Phillip L. Tarvin of Clinton, IL. and Neshia Deason of Kentucky. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Paula Dawson.
