facility in Atlanta, Illinois.

Church of Christ in Lincoln is sponsoring a
Christian Carnival on Sunday from 2:30 to
4:30 p.m. The activities will be on the
church's parking lot, at the corner of
Eighth and Maple streets.
The
public is invited. All ages are welcome to
join in the games, snacks, songs, stories
and more fun -- and win prizes, too -- all
for free.

Women’s Bible Study For Winter Session
Ever feel insufficient? Could it be that your weak-nesses are the
keys that unlock God's strength? The Winter Session of Women's
Bible Study begins on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. or Tuesdays at
1:00 p.m. at Lincoln Christian Church, 204 N. McLean St., Lincoln.

MARDI GRAS CHOCOLATE FIESTA
St. John United Church of Christ in Lincoln invites the
public to celebrate Mardi Gras with them from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00
p.m. on Tuesday, March 4 at the church. Featured will be two
chocolate fountains with fruit, pretzels, marshmallows and more to
dip. Chili will be served for lunch and dinner (Chocolate chili is
optional.) Also available will be hot chocolate, chocolate milk, a
variety of chocolate items to sample and a children’s table to make
chocolate creations. A cake walk will be held at 12:30 and 4:30 p.m.
and Bingo with chocolate prizes at 1 p.m., 3 pm and 5 pm.
A donation to Relay for Life or The Oasis Senior Center for the new
roof, gets you in the door for everything. All activities and food
will be held in the Fellowship Hall of the church (204 7th
Street) at the corner of 8th and Maple Streets in Lincoln.

CULVER'S NIGHT FOR
MISSION TRIP FUNDRAISER
The
Lincoln Christian Church high school mission trip to the
Dominican Republic is having a fundraiser at Culver’s on
Wednesday, March 5th from 5:00-8:00pm. 10% of
all proceeds for the night will go to help send the youth to the
DR.

Easter Worship Choir
For those of you who sing – here’s an opportunity to sing with
the Lincoln Christian Church Easter Worship Choir! The Easter
Worship Choir is open to all junior highers to adults and will
lead worship for our combined worship service on Easter morning
at the Lincoln Christian University Chapel, Sunday, April 20.
You are only required to attend one rehearsal, either Sunday,
March 23, or Sunday, March 30, from 3:30–4:30 p.m. in the
Sanctuary. You are wel-come at both rehearsals, but only
re-choir-ed to attend one. You’ll receive the worship packet and
special music anthems as well as a CD to continue your prepa-ration.

The quilting group will be meeting on Monday afternoons
each week at 1:00pm to make quilts for Harvest of
