Johnnie Belle Jario, 86, of Lincoln, died Monday, March 3, 2014, at
9:40 p.m. at her home.

Lincoln- Johnnie Belle Jario, 86, of Lincoln passed
away on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 9:40 p.m. at her
home.
A Celebration of Life Open House for Mrs. Jario will
be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 2:00 p.m.
until 5:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Elks Country Club.
Cremation Rites have been accorded. Burial will be
at a later date at St. Mary's Cemetery in Lincoln.
Johnnie Belle Jario was born on May 30, 1927 in
Savannah, Georgia the daughter of John A. and Verda
Joyner Brunson. She was united in marriage to James
D. Jario on April 11, 1945. He survives.
Also surviving are her children: Pam (Fred) Werth of
Mt. Pulaski, Christine D. Logeman of Lincoln. One
grandson: James Paul (Chelsea) Logeman of Las Vegas,
Nv. Niece: Vickie C. Mitchell, Nephews: Roi A.
Crapse, and Mark S. Crapse all of Savannah, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one
sister: Mary Alice Brunson Crapes, one nephew: John
L. Crapes.

Johnnie graduated from the Savannah High School. She
retired in 1987 from the Illinois Secretary of
State's office working as a Supervisor in the Bank
Sales Division.
Johnnie loved her family, her friends and golf. She
will be dearly missed by all who loved her ......and
there were many.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer
Society.
Final arrangements are entrusted with Peasley
Funeral Home.
