The annual Ag Scholarship
Breakfast sponsored by the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce
will be on March 27 at 7 a.m. at Lincoln Christian University's
Laughlin Center. The Ag Scholarship Breakfast, catered by Guzzardo's,
is a free community event that will celebrate its 15th anniversary.

In the history of the breakfast, $98,000 has been awarded in
scholarships to high school seniors and college students who are
pursuing an education in agriculture-related fields and have
aspirations to return to Logan County. The chamber's ag committee
feels that the key to the future of agriculture in Logan County is
to invest in these bright young students.
This year's speaker is Abrigail Temple, a past recipient of the
scholarship. She will be sharing her journey and how the scholarship
and Logan County have affected her life.
The Ag Scholarship Breakfast is designed to recognize the
economic impact of agriculture in Logan County and to honor the
scholarship recipients. The breakfast is possible due the generosity
of many Logan County businesses.
