Mr. Ruben called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr.
Meister, to approve the minutes of the December 10, 2013 meeting as
printed. Motion passed.

1. Board of
Health Amended Budget: A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth,
seconded by Mr. Meister, to approve the Board of Health Amended
Budget. Motion passed.
2. GASB 45
Engagement Letter: Mr. Ruben will follow up to find out when this
will be completed.
3. Chamber
Consultant Funding: A motion was made by Mr. Anderson,
seconded by Mr. Meister, to approve $1,000 to be given to help
Tourism/Main Street with a facilitation to study unifying the
departments. Motion passed.
