of Lake Fork, died Saturday, March 29, 2014, at 8:02 p.m. at
Symphony of Lincoln.

LAKE FORK, IL—Waldon L. Ashbrook, Jr., 68, of Lake
Fork, IL passed away at 8:02 p.m. March 29, 2014 at
Symphony of Lincoln.
Waldon was born November 11, 1945 in Nutter Fort, WV
the son of Waldon L. and Mary M. Shingleton Ashbrook.
He is survived by children: Jodi (Tony Holland)
Bedford of Sandwich, IL; John (Nicole) Ashbrook of
La Moille, IL; Kim Ashbrook of Wisconsin; sister:
Mary (Curtis) Haynes of Lake Fork; Grandchildren:
Lucian Ashbrook of Wisconsin; Rayann and Lane
Bedford of Sandwich; Skye and Lexi Ashbrook of La
Moille; Jamie, Joey, Devyn and Dylan Holland of
Sandwich. He was preceded in death by his parents,
and one brother: John Ashbrook.

Waldon served in the U.S. Air Force and was a member
of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Waldon chose to be cremated and no services to be
held. Arrangements were entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
