Obituary Thelma Rose
Hart, 91, passed away at 8:40 P.M. on May 3, 2014 at
her home surrounded by her loving family.
Thelma was born on March 27,
1923 in Grayville, IL; daughter of Sylvester and
Agnes Wells Jordan. She married Bedford J. Hart on
May 26, 1947 in Evansville, IN. He survives her in
Lincoln.
Also surviving is her daughter:
Debra J. Heath of Lincoln, IL; two grandchildren:
Derek J.(Misty) Heath and Timothy L. Heath; three
great-grandchildren: Shelbi Fisher, Cindy Arndt,
Blake (Jennifer fiancé) Neeley; one great-great
granddaughter: Shay Neeley. She was preceded in
death by her parents, both sisters: Joyce (Carl)
Wilkey and Dorothy (Art) Schroeder, brother-in-law
Jerry (Doris) Hart, and sister-in-law Musetta (Beuford)
Hessler. |
Thelma attended and graduated Bosse High School in
Evansville, IN in 1940. She was a member of the
Lincoln Christian Church and also a member of the
Ladies Home Bureau.
Thelma chose to be cremated.
There will be no services. Memorials may be made to
the Harvest of Talents. Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home, Lincoln handled the arrangements.
