In honor of his civil service, District 1 representative Bill Martin Jr. was remembered in April by the Logan County Board. As customary, his seat was draped in black. There was also a memorial table set up in the Logan County Courthouse rotunda. Bill Martin's picture was set up in the shadows of the statue of Abraham Lincoln.
