Dave Schonauer, Lincoln plant manager of Illinois American Water prepares to snip the ribbon at the new Illinois American Water facility in Lincoln.  The ribbon cut was sponsored by the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce and it's ambassadors.  Joining the ambassadors were several city officials, representatives from Illinois American Water and Darren Forgy and Lisa Kramer of Prairie Engineers.
