Noah James Lowe-Frakes

[May 15, 2014]  Three-year-old Shane Lowe is happy to announce the birth of his baby brother, Noah James Lowe-Frakes. Noah is the son of Rebecca Lowe of Lincoln. He was born May 8, 2014, at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Also welcoming Noah into the family will be maternal grandparents Cindy and Victor Lowe of Lincoln, paternal grandparent Teresa Goodman of Lincoln.
