[May 20, 2014]  May 19 (The Sports Xchange) - The future of the draft, playoff expansion, the site of the 2018 Super Bowl and workplace conduct are among items on the agenda when NFL owners gather in Atlanta on Tuesday for their spring meeting.

With the sports world talking about Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling's ban for his racist remarks, the owners expect to have a discussion about the league's culture and responsibility among owners, management, coaches and players.

The meetings also mark be the first appearance of Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay since he was arrested on charges of DUI and four felony counts this offseason.

Irsay has not been disciplined by the NFL, but commissioner Roger Goodell has said Irsay is subject to discipline. He spoke with the media for the first time Monday but said little about his legal woes or his subsequent time in a rehab facility.

This year's draft was pushed back two weeks in May for the first time, but the draft netted the highest ratings ever, with nearly 46 million viewers tuning in.

The owners are expected to discuss the future of the draft, including stretching it out to four days and, as suggested by Goodell, moving it from location to location.

The league has been discussing for a couple of years the possible expansion of the playoffs from 12 to 14 teams.

The 2018 Super Bowl city will be revealed on Tuesday. The finalists are New Orleans, Minneapolis and Indianapolis, all of which have past experience in hosting the game.
