LINCOLN - Finance Meeting, Logan County
Safety Complex, Blue Room, March 11, 2014

 Present: Chuck Ruben-Chairman; Bob Farmer; Rick Aylesworth;
Andy Anderson; Andy Meister
Absent: Jan Schumacher
Guests: Sally Gosda; GFI Digital-Adam Reiss; GFI Digital-
Jason Trent
Mr. Ruben called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to
approve the minutes of the February 17, 2014 meeting as printed.
Motion passed.
Adam Reiss and Jason Trent from GFI Digital presented the committee
with new copier options. The board agreed we will go out for bids
when our current lease is up.
Old Business - None
New Business - None
Public Comments - Mrs. Gosda told the committee Mark Hilliard
will be retiring August 29, 2014.

A motion was made by Mr. Meister, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
approve the bills. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth,
to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 6:30 pm.
