SCORE, Millikin University & FranNet to host educational seminar June 5

[May 27, 2014]  DECATUR - SCORE Chapter #296, Millikin University’s Center for Entrepreneurship, and FranNet have teamed up to present an educational seminar entitled “Owning Your Own Business.” The seminar will be held on Thursday, June 5 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Lower Richards Treat University Center on Millikin’s campus. The event is free to attend.

The seminar on June 5 will feature keynote speaker Chris Coleman, franchise consultant & owner of FranNet of Missouri & Southern Illinois. Chris provides no cost consultations to individuals who are seriously seeking business ownership opportunities. Chris works to match the personal, professional and financial goals of his clients with carefully prescreened national franchise companies. He further coaches his clients on how to thoroughly search for and evaluate franchise opportunities so that franchising can be seen as a safe and affordable way to be a business owner.
