Lincoln
Technical Education
Center is
excited
to
announce
this year’s
building trade’s
open
house
is on
May 29,
2014
from 4
p.m.
to
6
p.m.
Please
come
out
and
support our
students,
under
the
direction
of
Mr.
Justin
Dietrich,
in
their
successful
remodel
of an
all
brick
ranch
home located
at
260
Southgate,
Lincoln.

 This
fully
remodeled
home
boasts
a
new
roof,
driveway,
and
deck
along
with
all
new
flooring
and
fully
renovated
kitchen
and
bathrooms.
It
offers three
bedrooms
and
two
full
baths
with
plumbing
available
for
a
possible
third
bath,
as
well
as a
finished
basement
with
a
second
living space
and
office
space
or
potential
fourth bedroom
