							Thomas C. “Tom” Lawler, 73, of Lincoln died at his 
							home October 27, 2014 at 11:55 p.m. with family by 
							his side. 
 Tom was born March 18, 1941 in Lincoln, the son of 
							Harry Boyd and Clara Sahs Lawler. He married Susan 
							Holland August 14, 1982 in Lincoln. She survives him 
							in Lincoln.
 
 Tom is survived by three daughters: Robin (Brian) 
							Saddler of Independence, MO; Tami (Russell) 
							Bontrager Basehor, KS; Michelle (Jim Harnacke) 
							Ramlow of Lincoln; two sons: Michael (Kristy) Ramlow 
							of Lincoln; Matthew Ramlow of Lincoln; one sister: 
							Dorothy (Harold) Sanders of Lincoln and a wonderful 
							mother-in-law, Dorothy Holland of McLean. He is also 
							survived by grandchildren: Bryan (Jamie) Bradley; 
							Amber Bradley; Allaniee (Joey) Merritt; Shelby 
							Ramlow; Katie Ramlow; Jarrod Stanley; Scott Ramlow 
							and Kyle Ramlow; and great grandchildren: Kara 
							Bradley, Jaxon Gabb and Noah Bradley. He was 
							preceded in death by his parents; son: Sean Lawler; 
							brother: Bob Lawler; and sisters: Betty Jennings, 
							Shirley Broad, and Diane Crane.

							Tom served in the U.S. Army and retired from Logan 
							Correctional Center as a correction officer. He was 
							a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church; American 
							Legion Post #263; and a Lifetime member of the 
							Amvets. He loved the KC Chiefs, John Wayne, Golf, 
							mushroom hunting, Nascar races, going to the boat 
							and Army Reunions. 
							Services will be Friday, October 31, 2014 at 10:00 
							a.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, 
							Lincoln with Rev. Roger David officiating. Burial 
							will follow in Zion Cemetery, Lincoln with full 
							military rights accorded by the American Legion Post 
							#263. Visitation will be at the funeral home 
							Thursday evening from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Memorials may 
							be given in his memory to Memorial Home Hospice 
							Services or the donor’s choice.
