			 The Lady Wolverines opened up conference tournament play against 
			their cross town rivals the Chester-East Lincoln Panthers. The Lady 
			Wolverines came out with a 14-2 1st quarter lead and never looked 
			back. The Lady Wolverines defeated the Panthers by a score of 48-9. 
 Emma Konczyk led all scorers with 22 points as Leah Schneider 
			contributed with 9 as well as Madelyn Koehler with 9. Also scoring 
			were Morgan Mollohan with 4 and Madison Orebaugh with 3. Leah 
			Schneider worked extremely hard on the boards pulling down 11 
			rebounds as Paige Langley helped out with 4. Emma Konczyk and Leah 
			Schneider also played some great defense and led the team with 5 
			steals a piece.
 
			
			 
			With the win the WLB Lady Wolverines had to face the undefeated 
			Honeybears of Mount Pulaski.
 
 The Lady Wolverines once again came out hot in the first quarter 
			jumping on the Honeybears with an early first quarter lead of 13 to 
			4. The WLB Lady Wolverines never looked back as they went on to 
			defeat Mount Pulaski by a score of 38-29. With the win the Lady 
			Wolverines were able to bring home to WLB both a 7th grade County 
			Championship as well as an 8th grade County Championship for the 
			first time ever in school history.

			Emma Konczyk led all scorers with 19 points as Leah Schneider 
			contributed with 15. Schneider and Konczyk also worked strongly on 
			the boards as Schneider pulled down 8 boards and Konczyk pulled down 
			5. Paige Langley made some great defensive steals down the stretch 
			and led the team with 7 steals. 
 With the wins the 8th grade Lady Wolverines are now 13-2 for the 
			season.
 
 The last home game for the Lady Wolverines is Tuesday night against 
			Springfield Little Flower. This is also Pack the Place night and 8th 
			grade night. The Lady Wolverines will honor all Junior Lady 
			Wolverine Basketball players during halftime of the 7th grade game 
			as well as honor all current 8th grade players before the start of 
			the 8th grade game. Please come out to WLB and show your support for
