Kaden Froebe paced WLB with 14 points and 6 assists, while
Payton Anderson netted 8 points. Also scoring for the winners
were, Kameron Whiteman and Draden Pozgai (6 points each), Justin
Long with 4, and Joe Dalpoas with 2. The 8th grade team (1-0)
also got off to a fast start and scored a 56-39 behind Blaine
Robbins' 17 points.
Froebe added another 10 points with 6 assists and 6 steals.
Also getting into the scoring column were Shane Shumard with 8,
Anderson with 7, Pozgai with 6, and finally Kade Schmidt and
Justin Long (4 each).
The Wolverines head back to the Carroll Round Robin to face the
host Crusaders; Tuesday night with the 7th grade game set to tip
at 6:30.
