Obituary
Linda A. Sheley, 74, of Lincoln passed away on
Thursday evening at 7:50 p.m. at Memorial Medical
Center in Springfield.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, November
3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery in
Lincoln.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday
at the Zion Lutheran Church with Rev. Mark Thompson
officiating.
No Visitation is scheduled.
Linda Ann Sheley was born on January 26, 1940 in
Lincoln the daughter of George and Margaret Ann
Starchevich. She was united in marriage to
Robert Dale Sheley on October 4, 1958 in Lincoln. He
survives.
Also surviving are her three sons: Doug (Pam) Sheley
, Brad (Angie) Sheley, Greg (Cindy) Sheley. Eight
grandchildren: Isaac (Jennifer), Emily, Grace,
Hannah, Cole, Halle, Garett, Summer. |
She was preceded in death by her parents, one
brother, Richard Starchevich, one sister, Nancy
Starchevich.
Linda was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
She has been co-owner of the Sheley Repair Shop for
35 years.
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran School or
Carroll Catholic School.
Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
