Kids Worship at Lincoln Christian Church
Extreme Makeover—Christ-Like Attitudes
Lincoln Christian Church
204 N. McLean St.
Kids, join us in November as we learn what it means
to thank God, live humbly before God,
serve others, and trust God’s presence with us. We will be
looking at how people before us discovered the meaning of
our key verse: “Have the same attitude that Christ Jesus
had.” (Philippians 2:5) Make sure to join us during the
11:00 Worship time! You’ll learn active songs, see some
crazy skits, engage in fun activities, and more! Everything
we do will help us learn more about having Christ-like
attitudes!
The Ball Brothers Christmas Concert
will be hosted by Mt. Pulaski Christian Church in their
Family Life Center, 114 N. Lafayette St. in Mt. Pulaski, on
Sat., Nov. 22 at 7:00 pm. Doors open at 6pm. A love
offering will be accepted. Bring your family and friends for
this wonderful night of music!
Carry-Out Pork Chop Dinner is
Sunday, November 23
Lincoln Christian Church
204 N. McLean St.
Good News Creative Arts is having a Carry-Out Pork Chop
Dinner fundraiser on Sunday, November 23, from 10:30
a.m.-1:00 p.m. to help students raise money for GNCA’s
summer tour in June. The carry-out menu includes a grilled
boneless pork chop, candy glazed carrots, mashed potatoes
with gravy, and a roll with butter. You can purchase your
tickets from any GNCA student now through November 16 to
directly support that student. The GNCA students will also
be at a table in the Family Room selling tickets on Sunday
mornings the next few weeks. Another way you can buy your
tickets is through the church office during the week, but
any sold in the office will go to the general tour fund, and
will not support one particular student. Each Carry-Out Pork
Chop dinner is $7.00. There will also be a drive-up
option to have your dinner delivered to your car on Hamilton
Street. Get your tickets now to support this great
ministry, and have a delicious, ready-to-eat, take home meal
after church!

this choir provides a way for you to sing with a shorter

Fellowship Center vocalists, other adults who sing, and our
junior high and high school students from Good News Creative
Arts all together for two dynamic performances on
Saturday, December 13, one at 2:00 p.m. and the other at
7:00 p.m. in our Fellowship Center.
There are four rehearsals on Sundays from 3:45 –4:45 p.m.
Attendance at all four of these rehearsals through December
7 is critical in order to participate in Celebrate!
Christmas 2014. Here’s the list so you can get them on your

• Sunday, November 23 from 3:45–4:45 p.m.

You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something

‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of
these brothers and sisters of Mine, you did for Me.’”
