project work. Each member selected first completed and submitted
their 4-H records at the local county level and then moved on to
competition at the state level with over 100 applicants. Members are
evaluated on their work in project mastery, leadership, community
service and citizenship throughout their entire 4-H career.

Stocker, University of Illinois Extension 4-H youth development
			specialist.
