 You’ll learn how to make three different types of pie crust -
shortening, lard, and oil – along with a basic apple filling recipe
that can be modified for use with a variety of fruits. It will be an
evening of fun designed for first-time, as well as experienced,
bakers during which you’ll prepare an apple pie that you can then
take home to bake.
Bill Thomas, of Atlanta, will teach the class, which will be held in
the Fellowship Hall of Eminence Christian Church located in rural
Atlanta. The class will be presented on Wednesday, November 18th

costs and supplies needed. Space will be limited to the first 25 who
sign-up.
The class is designed for experienced bakers, as well as anyone who
has never baked a pie before - and especially those who are not
confident in pie baking!
